Find your perfect slip. We have wet slips ranging from 20′ to 50′ with electricity and water. All slips are covered, some are fully enclosed boat houses.
Monthly Slips Available - No Annual Contracts or Long Term Commitments!
Stay as long as you want. Our slip lease is quite different than other area marinas. We understand that you may just want to have your boat in the water in the warmer months. Our leases are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. All we require is a 30 day written vacate notice.
Electricity and Water Inlcuded - No Hidden Fees!
No Surprises. Water and electricity are included in our lease. You will not receive a separate bill for power usage… No hidden costs, no surprises.

Boathouses
We are the only marina on Lake Texoma that offers month-to-month boat slip leases with electricity included. We offer discounts for 3, 6, and 12 month prepaid rent. We require insurance for the vessel before a lease can be signed and require a written 30-day notice prior to vacating your slip. We do not offer refunds for prepaid rent. Prices are subject to change and dimensions are approximate and only for reference.

Boathouse Rules & Safety
- Please keep your boat slip clean and maintained.
- Keep slips free and clear of tripping and other safety hazards.
- No Glass Bottles of any kind in boathouses.
- You are responsible for securing your vessel to the boat slip. Please take precautions to make sure your vessel is tied properly.
- No batteries, gas cans, propane or other flammable materials allowed. Dangerous materials will be removed at Boat Owner's expense. Fuel cans are not allowed on Boathouses.
- Fuel should be purchases from a Licensed Fuel Dock, or trailered to a gas station on land.
- Fish cleaning is allowed in designated areas only. Fish remains shall be disposed of as posted at designated fish cleaning areas.
- No docking in vacant or unoccupied slips. Only vessels registered with the Marina shall be permitted in the slip assigned to that vessel.
- No commercial operations allowed at Lighthouse Marina without prior written agreement with Marina Office.
- Place all trash in the receptacles provided.
- No modifications to slip/boathouse without prior written approval from Marina Office. Prior to beginning any work, all contractors must chek-in at Marina Office.
- No running, jumping or diving from docks. No swimming in Marina traffic areas.
- Children 13 and under should wear Coast Guard approved life jackets when on boathouses.
- Any damage, theft, trouble, issues, boats sinking, structural issues with boathouses, safety concerns, other problems should be reported immediately to Marina Office.
- Lighthouse Marina assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage.
